Job Summary
The Area Manager oversees the operations, sales, and performance of the pharmaceutical business within a designated area. This role involves managing a team, driving sales growth, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations. The ideal candidate is a strategic leader with a deep understanding of the pharmaceutical market and a proven track record in sales and management.
Key Responsibilities
Sales and Business Development :
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business goals within the area.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the pharmaceutical sector.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and healthcare professionals.
Team Management
• Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of 5/6 MRs to achieve performance targets.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
• Foster a positive and collaborative team culture.
Operational Oversight
• Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness within the area.
• Manage budget, forecast sales, and prepare financial reports for the area.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and pharmaceutical industry regulations.
Market Analysis
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
• Provide insights and recommendations based on market analysis to drive strategy.
• Adapt strategies to meet changing market conditions and customer needs.
Customer Focus
• Ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
• Address customer concerns and resolve issues promptly.
Profile Required
• 2/3 Yrs Managerial Experience
• Preferably similar territorial experience
• Salary Offered : Negotiable based on your current CTC.
