Area Sales Manager

About the role:

This is a market facing role managing the operations and growth of Offline retail channel for the given territory. The position needs to work closely with the franchisee partners to ensure smooth day to day operation and sales in the retail stores. This role will also drive the expansion of retail presence by adding new franchisee partners in the assigned territory.

Your key deliverables are to:

● Manage the franchisee partners for day-to-day operations – sales planning, stock planning and ensuring store hygiene.

● Drive regular sales of EVs as per the projected plan.

● Generate franchise leads and grow the dealer network either through identifying new retail partners or converting single brand EV stores to BLive EV store network.

● Identify sources of sales lead generation, follow ups and drive conversions.

● Boost dealer sales conversion using marketing activities, visual merchandising, training the staff etc.

● Regular sales reporting and MIS communication of business updates with the central team.

● Driving network expansion based on market potential and Retail sales

● Plan & Achieve Sales Volume in franchisee.

● Forecast demand & Ensure stock availability at Franchisee end

● Driving After market service Support

● Plan & execute marketing promotional activities in Franchisee level

● Drive & support effective Management of Enquiries through the DMS.

What we expect of you:

● Strong Sales capability, ability to identify and create sales opportunities

● Good verbal and written communication skills, fluency in local language

● Confident with numbers and analytical skills, Should be well versed in excel and Office.

● Be prepared to travel across the geography

Qualification:

● Post-Graduation or MBA

● 3-5 years of retail sales experience

● Sales experience in the Automobile Industry
