Requisite Skills:
• Must have at least 3 to 5 years of experience in sales.
• Must have experience with MNC in medical device / pharma.
• Should have excellent grasping capability, ability to connect up with the customers on latest trends, clinicals etc.
• Demonstrates competence in acquiring, interpreting and communicating information.
• Presents ideas clearly in written and verbal forms.
Responsibilities:
• Consistently meets the day-to-day demands of the job in a compliant way.
• Deliver sales targets month on month basis.
• Implement sales processes and procedures that are aligned with the company's overall sales strategy.
• Manage and develop Kols.
• Drive marketing activities, participate in conferences, attend OTs, train surgeons.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify business opportunities and threats.
• Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on sales performance and market trends.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
• Manage account receivables as per the company’s policy.
