Requirement:-
Who can build and handle a team of approx. 40-50 BDEs in various locations. Candidates
will be responsible for handling and motivating the team for meeting monthly listing targets
without compromising the quality of listing.
Experience Required : 4-6yrs
Location: Mumbai, pune, delhi, chennai,bangalore
Work Mode: WFO
Job Role:-
• Merchant Onboarding in assigned geography.
• Ensure to achieve 100% Monthly Targets.
• Recruit, Train and Build a team of Field Sales Executives and Team Leaders.
• Keep the team motivated and lead from front.
• Ensure to meet Quality parameters as per set norms.
Key Skills:-
• Good Team leader with proven track record
• Should be competitive and confident
• Should have the zeal to achieve daily targets.
• Should be excellent with verbal communication - English and Respective Regional
• Language.
• Should be flexible to travel.
Eligibility Requirement:-
• Post Graduate (MBA)
• At least 4-6 years field sales experience and Minimum 2 years on supervisory role.
• Experience of handling Big team would be added advantage
• Good communication skills
• Must have computer knowledge - Excel and Basic Data Analysis
• Should be presentable in the Market.
