Job Specification:

1. PG with a Marketing, Sales or Business qualification

2. Minimum 6 years senior sales and marketing management experience, preferably in Ayurveda pharma industry

3. Relevant experience in Allopathy pharma industry is also preferred

4. Experience in brand management is essential

5. Senior level exposure to Ayurveda industry with eminent brands would be an added advantage

6. Strong financial acumen and analytical skills

7. A stable career history with a demonstrable track record of success

8. Strong verbal and written communication skills

Job description:

1. To manage a set of field executives and area sales manager

2. Responsible for the development and delivery of strategic plans to achieve company objectives, drive profit and ensure extraordinary customer experience.

3. Identify new and existing business opportunities to ensure consistent and sustainable growth in revenue and market share.

4. Identify and operationalize commercial market opportunities.

5. Examine existing sales and marketing activities and methods, making improvements and/or changes where appropriate so as to differentiate the company's products from its competitors and establish its products in the market.

6. Establish a structured multi-channel sales framework with a focus on building a high-performance sales culture.

7. Oversee the marketing strategies and actively promote the company and its brands in the marketplace.

8. Maintain an up-to-date understanding of competitor activities, contemporary practices and market opportunities.

+. Lead, guide, manage and control the work of the medical representatives team.

10. Allocate resources to territories and develop the sales in these territories

11. Responsible for effective financial management, reporting and sales forecasting.

12. Responsible for effective brand management

13. Responsible for effective Product management

14. Participate as an active member of the Senior Management Team.

15. Establish and maintain business partnerships with key stakeholders both internally and externally.

16. Provide leadership, direction, mentoring and professional development to the sales and marketing team

17. Motivating and controlling the sales and Marketing force 18 Responsible for Product training and sales training
