Brief Job Description: Assignment Managers carry out site-specific threats and risks assessment, plan and organize manpower; help clients in developing Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and site instructions. They are responsible for the development plan and the deployment of manpower. Assignment Managers assess the efficacy of work done with regard to operations, training standards and preparedness to deal with emergencies through manpower. Planning, training, deployment, administration, documentation, reporting and liaison are some of the important tasks of assistant managers.

Personal Attributes: An Assignment Manager should be intelligent, educated, experienced and capable of handling operations at the site(s). He should possess good communication skills and be able to liaise effectively with the clients and stakeholders. He should establish an effective communication channel with the site(s) in charge to monitor smooth flow of operations.

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Salary: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
