Your new role

Assisting in month-end and group consolidation reporting for multiple entities.
Supporting tax compliance and obligations, including payroll tax, income tax, FBT, and GST.
Helping with end-of-year duties, including year-end audits.
Managing and processing creditor invoices accurately and within expected timeframes.
Overseeing vendor payment runs and month-end vendor statement reconciliations.
Preparing weekly cash flow forecasts.
Processing bank reconciliations for various entities.
Handling employee credit cards, expense claims, and credit card statement reconciliations.
Processing and applying daily customer payments.
Preparing monthly balance sheet reconciliations for all entities.
Performing administrative duties and assisting with ad hoc tasks and projects.
Providing support to the Financial Controller and the wider finance team as needed.
What you'll need to succeed

Advantageous to have completed a Bachelor of Commerce or a related discipline.
Advantageous to have commenced CA or CPA certification.
Relevant experience in an accounting role or a similar position.
Proficiency in using major ERP systems.
Advanced skills in Excel and Word.
Strong communication skills, well-spoken and professional.
Excellent time management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Capable of working cohesively and collaboratively within a team environment.
