Our client operates in a distinctive farm environment, supported by a small, close-knit team. We are currently seeking a highly versatile and proactive Office Administrator and Bookkeeper to join their team.

This unique position requires a professional who can seamlessly balance bookkeeping responsibilities with office admin and executive support duties.The role is multi-faceted, offering a diverse range of responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities


Office Administration Duties:

Provide executive assistant support across the team.
Handle personal tasks and errands as needed, maintaining confidentiality at all times.
Coordinate and manage calendars, meetings, and appointments.
Coordinate travel itineraries, accommodations, and logistics for business trips.
Plan and coordinate events, meetings, and special projects.
Provide Technology and IT support, including setting up devices, troubleshooting software and hardware issues, and liaising with external tech support if necessary.
Proactively provide solutions to the requirements of the organisation.
Provide farm, household and staff support as required.
Bookkeeping Duties:

Maintain and manage multiple MYOB accounts.
Record invoices for payment.
Liaise with accountant and suppliers.
Raise invoices and receipting.
Fortnightly payroll processing.
Reconciliations of payroll and credit cards.
Requirements:

Proven experience in both bookkeeping and office administration roles, including the ability to multi-task.
Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive, can-do attitude.
Strong proficiency in technology, with the ability to troubleshoot.
Demonstrated ability to take ownership of the role, showing initiative and resourcefulness.
Proactive mindset with a focus on improving processes.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Flexibility to adapt and thrive in a versatile and dynamic work environment.
