As our Assistant Facilities Manager, you'll play a key role in the day-to-day operations of our facilities. From coordinating maintenance and managing vendors to ensuring compliance and supporting sustainability initiatives, you'll be at the heart of keeping SkyCity Auckland functioning at its best.

Mō te Tūranga | About the Role

Oversee daily facility operations including maintenance, cleaning, and security.
Coordinate with internal teams and external contractors to ensure timely and high-quality service delivery.
Conduct regular inspections and implement corrective actions.
Support compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards.
Track utilities usage and assist with budget planning (Opex & Capex).
Manage SkyCity's car parks and respond to public and staff enquiries.
Mōu | About You

Strong knowledge of building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing).
Previous experience in facilities management, property, or trades.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with ServiceNow or similar tools.
A proactive approach to health and safety.
Flexibility to work in a 24/7 environment.
Experience in the hospitality industry (preferred)
Membership with FMANZ (preferred)
