Roles & Responsibilities :-
(1) Competent in Attendance Control and salary processing.
(2) Prepare and maintain the HRIS of the staffs and workers.
(3) Maintain the joining procedure and record keeping.
(4) Maintain the record of leave and absenteeism of the workers.
(5) Share the Monthly present details of the workers to HO for the wages disbursement.
(6) F & F details to HO for final settlement at the time of employment separation.
(7) Supervision on overall housekeeping activities and worker accommodation.
(8) Capacity to resolve the query of workers and resolution of grievance.
(+) Prepare the database of working details and statutory of contractors.
(10) Control the Basic Administration of Unit.
(11) Oversee the Security deployment and canteen facilities for the workers.
Requirement :- Candidate must be Knowing Gujrati Language, Looking Plant HR/ Factory HR
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

• Master's (Preferred)

• HRIS: 3 years (Preferred)
