Key Responsibilities:
Sourcing and screening candidates through various platforms (job portals, social media, etc.)
Conducting initial interviews and assessing candidates’ qualifications
Coordinating with hiring managers to understand hiring needs
Managing candidate databases and maintaining accurate records
Assisting with onboarding processes
