Job descriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Compensation and Benefits Manager to join our team in IndiaThe ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing competitive compensation and benefits programs to attract and retain top talentKey Responsibilities:Compensation and Benefits Management:o Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive compensation and benefits programs that align with the organizations strategic objectiveso Conduct regular benchmarking studies to ensure the competitiveness of the compensation packageso Provide guidance on salary structures, incentive programs, and other benefits to ensure employee satisfaction and retentionPerformance Management Systems (PMS):o Lead the design and implementation of an effective Performance Management Systemo Collaborate with HR and business leaders to establish performance goals, key performance indicators (KPIs), and appraisal processeso Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the PMS, recommending improvements as neededRFP Management:o Manage the end-to-end process of Requests for Proposals (RFPs)related to compensation and benefits serviceso Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather requirements and specifications for RFPso Evaluate proposals, negotiate contracts, and make recommendations for vendor selectionData Analysis and Reporting:o Utilize data analytics to assess the impactand effectiveness of compensation and benefits programso Generate regular reports for management, highlighting key metrics and trendso Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysisCompliance:o Stay abreast of relevant labor laws and regulations in India, ensuring that compensation and benefits programs remain complianto Partner with legal and compliance teams to address any regulatory changes and ensure adherenceEmployee Communication and Education:o Develop and implement communication strategies to educate employees about compensation and benefits programso Conduct training sessions to ensure that employees understand the value and utilization of their benefitsQualifications:Bachelors degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related fieldMaste s degree would be preferredProven experience as a Compensation and Benefits, with a strong understanding of Indian labor laws and market trendsExperience in designing and implementing effective Performance Management SystemsPrevious involvement in managing RFPs from Clients Excellent analytical and negotiation skillsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsRole: Compensation & Benefits - OtherIndustry Type: Software ProductDepartment: Human ResourcesEmployment Type: Full Time, PermanentRole Category: Compensation & BenefitsEducationUG: Any GraduatePG: Any Postgraduate
