You’ll be required to:
• Complete processing of refunds and inbound operations related to returns.
• Ensure QC processing/Put away of return shipments as per SOP and resolve inbound discrepancies.
• Support Operations in Customer Experience and be able to deliver on the basic and the complex problems of Operations
• Enable good operations management end to end - Identify, escalate, and resolve process issues
• Support day to day relationship management and communications with people at various levels of organization.
• Project Manage initiatives from planning and execution to monitoring.
• Run day to day analysis on spreadsheets, creating dashboards, run data health checks etc.
• Prioritize work to maximize performance against assigned and expected tasks
• Manage a team and make everyone feel included ensuring people satisfaction
