Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and execute maintenance activities, including sensor installation, breakdown maintenance, preventive maintenance, and condition-based monitoring.
• Provide Condition Monitoring Engineering support to maintain equipment integrity, focusing on safety, reliability, and operational efficiency.
• Monitor and analyze dashboard metrics to assess equipment performance and maintenance activities.
• Conduct customer training sessions on effective condition monitoring technologies and best practices.
• Collaborate with on-site customers to resolve technical issues and ensure smooth operations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve sensor, router, and equipment disconnection issues as required.
• Replace and install sensors, routers, SMPS, and junction boxes at customer sites.
• Conduct equipment mapping to determine optimal locations for sensors, junction boxes, and routers.
• Provide support to nearby plants when needed.

Experience and Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• 5 to + years of experience in Condition Monitoring and Reliability Engineering.
• Level 2 or Level 3 Vibration Certification from Mobius or the Vibration Institute is mandatory.
• Proficiency in laser alignment, dynamic balancing, phase analysis, and other condition-based monitoring techniques (thermography, ultrasound, visual inspection).
• Strong communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Adobe Acrobat.
• Willingness to travel across South India for on-site support.
