- Assistant Manager (Sales) for on-premise ERP & accounting software company,which enabling 300,000+sinesses to manage their back-office operations and GST/VAT compliances efficiently. $100bn+ market opportunity with a clear focus on helping companies with an integrated application that works on premise as well as cloud/mobile, and is suitable for both B2B and B2C operations.
Experience Required : 3 - 5 years
Working Days : 6 days/week
Office Location : Gujarat, Ahmedabad
Role & Responsibilities :
- You will be responsible for growth in New Customer Acquisition by identifying, appointing & communicating with channel partners & resellers, who sell our products.
- You are results-driven, and excited about growing the market share of Accounting Software alongside a fast-growing team
- Responsible for growth of the following in the assigned region :
- New Customer Acquisition
- Active Channel Partners
- Active Resellers
- Sales Per Active Partner/Reseller
- Channel Development - Training, marketing & sales support for partners & their team
- Acquire detailed product knowledge and ability to give detailed product demo
- Execute the sales promotion activities for the assigned area
- Daily reporting of performance parameters
- Cover multiple cities as part of the assigned region, hence traveling will be required
Ideal Candidate :
- 1 - 5 years (Ideal 2 to 4) post qualification, in sales, preferably channel management
- Preferred Industry experience - Software/Hardware/Consumer Durable/Telecom
- Good verbal & written
Review Criteria :
- Strong Sales/Channel Partner Management Profiles
- Mandatory : Must have 1+ YOE in Channel Partner Management or Channel Sales
- Highly Pref : Team Management Experience
- Target Company (Mandatory) : IT Software/Hardware, Product, Telecommunication or FMCG Company Only
- Mandatory : Must have done MBA/Post Graduation only
- Mandatory : Candidate must be from Gujarat or Maharashtra
