Profile Brief:

This profile deals with handling Heavy Fabrication welding (MIG etc.). We are looking for someone with experience in handling sheet metal fabrication, welding & robotics preferably from industries like construction equipment, automobiles and auto components.

Key responsibilities:
• Daily production schedule attainment with SQDCM parameters
• Drive Productivity Improvements, Lean, TPM & EHS initiatives
• Coach & Mentor the shop floor resources and create the team work to deliver better results
• Guide the team on problem solving techniques through proper analysis & Root causing processes in sheet metal & Robotics
• Solid technical experience in managing Robots, Lasers & Press shop
• Drive IMS Process and implementation
• Plan and improve the workforce flexibility and multiskilling of the team members
• Responsible for development of Tools, Tackles, Trolleys for Painted Parts
• Maintaining & improving Processes, Production efficiency, cycle time, capacity, & Process capabilities
• Plan, Induct, Train, Rotate and Develop Human Resources
• Conversant with Toyota Production System or Equivalent
• Expand Process & Method Engineering footprint. Enhance & Improve the Material Flow and Reduce Handling in Shop
• Layout Changes and Modifications to ensure High Productive Platform
