Job Title: - Asst. Professor Digital Marketing
Responsibilities: -
• Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy aligned with the organization's goals and objectives.
• Provide visionary leadership and guidance to the digital marketing team, fostering innovation and driving excellence in performance.
• Stay abreast of emerging trends, tools, and technologies in digital marketing and identify opportunities for strategic growth and improvement.
• Build, lead, and motivate a high-performing digital marketing team, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
• Set clear goals and objectives for the team, monitor progress, and provide regular feedback to ensure optimal performance and professional growth.
• Define and implement digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, enhance customer engagement, and drive lead generation and conversion.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify target audiences, customer insights, and opportunities for campaign optimization.
• Ensure consistent branding and messaging across all digital platforms, ensuring a seamless user experience and effective brand representation.
• Monitor and analyse website and social media analytics, making data-driven recommendations for improving online performance and user engagement.
• Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns and initiatives.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience 10+ years in a senior digital marketing role, with a track record of successful digital marketing campaigns and strategies.
• Deep understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, content marketing, and digital advertising.
• Strong knowledge of marketing automation platforms, analytics tools, and CRM systems.
• Excellent leadership and team management abilities, with a track record of building and developing high-performing teams.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders and external partners.
• Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing.
