Role Description This is a part-time on-site role as an Assistant Professor of Operations Management located in Patna. The Assistant Professor of Operations Management will be expected to teach undergraduate and postgraduate courses, conduct research in Operations Management, contribute to the university's academic and research community, and participate in administrative responsibilities as assigned. Qualifications • Ph.D. or equivalent in Operations Management or a related field from a recognized university • Experience in teaching Operations Management courses at the undergraduate and postgraduate levels • Experience in research and publishing in Operations Management or related fields • Ability to contribute to the university's academic and research community • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Commitment to high-quality teaching and learning, including the integration of theory and practice • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Experience in curriculum development and design is preferred
