Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Assistant Sales Manager/ Sales Executive at SIS Limited in Branch Office Haridwar. The Sales Executive will be responsible for day-to-day sales activities, including prospecting, pitching, and closing deals. The role involves building and maintaining strong customer relationships, achieving sales targets, and collaborating with internal teams to drive business growth.

Qualifications

MBA/PGDM
• Strong sales and negotiation skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in managing and motivating a sales team
• Knowledge of marketing principles and strategies
• Ability to analyze sales data and trends

· Responsible for the development and achievement of sales of assigned territory.

· Industry knowledge.

· Explore the potential of the territory assigned to them by door-to-door visits and generate sales leads.

· Convert the lead into Sales through negotiation.

· Playing an integral role in new business pitches for our products and hold responsibility for the effective on-boarding of new clients.

· Prepare business plans for all current and future business opportunities.

· Security Guards selling.

Other Requirements:

· Master’s Degree in Business Administration (Marketing) MBA/PGDM.

· Basic knowledge of sales & marketing.

· Immediate Joiner

· Salary- Negotiable

· Internship or project on Marketing or sales.

· Hard-working.

· Has keen observational skills.

· Has good analytical skills.

· Fluent in English communication.

· Ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.

· Has good presentation & negotiation skills.

· Willing to work in door-to-door market research and direct sales role.

· Ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.

· Self-starter.

· Excellent mentoring, follow-up and people management skills.
