Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Assistant Sales Manager to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of achieving targets and driving revenue growth. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong desire to prove themselves and take their career to the next level.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing and implementing sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Support the Sales Manager in managing the sales team, providing guidance, training, and motivation.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our client base.
- Maintain and nurture relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and presentations for senior management.
- Participate in sales meetings, trade shows, and other networking events to promote Sammy's Dream Land.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and exceptional guest experiences.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a sales role, preferably within the Real Estate , Hospitality industries.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A strong desire to succeed and prove yourself in a competitive environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
