The opportunity
We are looking for a switched-on administrator with insurance experience to join our team
Support our Underwriters in our Property, Motor and Liability team.
Flexible hybrid working environment, with a minimum 3 days in the office, following required training period.
Supportive team-leader, who will invest in your growth and development.
Your new role
You will be an integral member in the team, providing:
Insurance & administration support to the Underwriters and the team on insurance policies from new business, Mid Term Adjustments (MTAs), and renewals through to their cancellation or lapse.
Support for activities such as managing credit control, production of Certificates of Insurance & processing policies and schedules.
Develop good working relationships and ensuring timely communication with all internal customers and stakeholders.

About you
You will enjoy being part of a team, making a difference to the business through your solid administration and customer service focus and:
Work well under pressure and use your initiative to make decisions quickly and concisely
Have experience in an administration role with a focus on attention to detail
Must have experience within insurance.
Good analytical, communication & interpersonal skills
Ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Experience with Excel & enjoy learning
