Role Highlights:

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Associate Director to lead our Business Intelligence initiatives. The ideal candidate will have 13+ years of hands-on experience in BI tools like Tableau and Power BI, combined with a proven track record in delivery, leadership, Team Management, Client Handling, and innovation. This role offers the opportunity to shape and grow our BI capabilities, lead a talented team, and contribute to the success of our organization by driving data-driven decision-making and innovative solutions.

What You’ll Tackle Each Day:
• Strategic Leadership: Define and implement the vision for Business Intelligence within the organization, aligning with overall business goals.
• Team Building & Management: Lead and grow a high-performing BI team, overseeing hiring, mentoring, and professional development.
• Delivery Excellence: Manage end-to-end delivery of BI projects, ensuring timely execution, quality outputs, and measurable business impact.
• Client Handling: Act as the primary point of contact for key stakeholders and clients, ensuring their needs are understood and addressed effectively.
• Innovation: Identify and implement innovative BI solutions to solve complex business problems and enhance decision-making capabilities.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with other teams to integrate BI solutions seamlessly into broader business processes.
• Performance Optimization: Continuously assess and improve the performance of BI tools, dashboards, and reporting processes.
• Consultative Engagements: Provide strategic guidance to clients, leveraging BI expertise to solve complex business challenges and ensure alignment with organizational goals.

• Consulting Expertise: Demonstrated experience in BI consulting, advising clients on best practices, tool implementation, and data-driven decision-making strategies.
• Educational Background: A bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field is preferred.
