Job Purpose

The role involves direct interaction with customers for acquisition of Current and Savings Accounts for the assigned branch. The incumbent will be responsible for understanding customer banking needs, explaining relevant products, and ensuring a high standard of customer service. The role also supports branch-level business growth through customer acquisition and relationship management.

Key Roles & Responsibilities
• Acquire new-to-bank customers for Current and Savings Accounts within the assigned catchment area
• Identify and convert potential customer leads through branch referrals and market outreach
• Ensure acquisition of quality accounts in line with product and segment guidelines
• Support activation and onboarding of customers on digital banking channels
• Analyze customer transaction requirements to recommend suitable banking solutions
• Assist the Sales Manager in catchment mapping and business development activities
• Provide regular feedback on customer requirements and market opportunities
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, standard operating procedures, and regulatory guidelines
• Maintain high standards of documentation and process adherence

Secondary Responsibilities
• Develop strong understanding of local market dynamics and customer needs
• Coordinate with branch teams to deliver appropriate banking products and services
• Focus on customer satisfaction and long-term relationship building

Education & Experience
• Qualification: Graduation in any discipline
• Experience: 0 to 2 years of experience in banking, financial services, or customer-facing roles
