You will be responsible for leading and supporting initiatives by collaborating across teams within the Credit Card organization to understand business requirements, define the requirements in partnership with software engineers, and then drive them through build, test, and deployment. You will also help support the product's backlog prioritization and ensure proper documentation for a strong control environment.
Responsibilities:
Ability to manage, prioritize and deliver multiple tasks simultaneously
Be results-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Possess s trong partnership and collaboration skills to drive cross-functional teams
Ability to effectively communicate (both verbal and written) across all levels and functions
Ability to promote a strong control environment by adhering to risk/control, procedure and process expectations, while appropriately delivering what's best for the customer
Required qualifications, capabilities and skills
Bachelor's Degree required
7+ years of work experience
Proven understanding of Agile methodology
Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Pivot Tables)
Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills
Background/Experience in product development or related experience, preferred
