We are looking for a motivated and energetic Business Development Associate to join our team and help us expand our customer base and market presence.
Responsibilities
• Identify and generate new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation.
• Actively seek out and engage with new sales leads through cold calling, networking, and social media
• .Build and maintain strong relationships with current & potential clients and partners.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed targets.
• Conduct market analysis & market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape.
• Collaborate with the other team to create and execute campaigns that drive business growth.
• Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
• Simultaneous contribution in R&D and other required projects like gathering/maintaining a database.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline. Preferred if it's in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment.
• Self-motivated and results-oriented with a proactive approach.
• Proficiency in CRM software, Tools like Zoominfo, Market Research Tools and Microsoft Office Suite.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Take over teaching duties to maintain curriculum flow, ensuring clarity and engagement
2. Design and implement well-structured Teaching Learning Plans (TLP) aligned with curriculum objectives
3. Provide timely feedback on assignments, exams, and student performance to support academic progress
4. Stay updated with subject-specific developments and integrate current trends and advancements into lessons
5. Offer personalized support to students by addressing questions and providing additional help when needed
6. Assess and create assignments while handling invigilation duties
7. Demonstrate a strong willingness to complete tasks with promptness and dedication
8. Adapt to evolving role requirements, with possible future relocation
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in the subject area (Science) or related field
2. Previous high school teaching experience is preferred, but freshers with strong subject knowledge are encouraged to apply
3. Basic understanding of mathematics is required
4. Familiarity with creating Teaching Learning Plans (TLPs) for structured course delivery
5. Strong English communication skills with enthusiasm for teaching live online classes
6. Passion for teaching and inspiring students to excel in the subject
7. Strong organizational and time-management skills

About Company:
We at CreateCurve are trying to solve every problem faced by the students and the teachers. We are putting a sincere effort to resolve every issue in the learning process that school is unable to solve viz personal attention, personal understanding, development of subject interest, and also developing an aptitude for science and math.
We are starting our journey by providing live classes. In our live classes, we will be keeping the batch strength of fewer than 10 students to make sure we achieve all the goals that we have promised. Teaching live for the last 5 years, we have come to the conclusion that every student is unique and has their own learning pace to which the teacher needs to set a hegemony in teaching so that they learn best.
Our teaching style is also different from the conventional method.
