• Champion best practices, contribute to team discussions, and elevate development standards.
• Craft and maintain technical specifications for all automation endeavors.
• Collaborate with business analysts and infrastructure engineers to ensure flawless project delivery.
• Stay current on evolving automation tools and technologies through continuous learning.
• Participate in quality management initiatives like peer reviews and code checks.

• Experience mentoring junior team members is a plus.
