JOB DESCRIPTION
• Develops, plans and executes special events and promotions.
• Contributes to program development to help the department achieve its goals.
• Establishes and maintains an effective working relationship with other departments.
• Works with other departments and vendors to arrange for food & beverage, decorations, gifts, entertainment, and supplies for all events.
• Accurately tracks all expenses for events and prepares expenses for analysis and financial review.
• Accurately tracks and communicates event reservation procedures and attendance of events to other departments though BEO communications.
• Coordinates approved events with emphasis on quality, as well as remaining within budgetary guidelines.
• Communicates event schedule and details to the property, including internal collateral distribution and conducting weekly meetings.
• Responsible for project management and meeting timelines.
• Processing buy-ins, re-buys, and reel rewards for both table games and slot tournaments.
• Assists with the Caesars Rewards Center as needed, performing functions as a Caesars Rewards Representative.
• Executes promotions inside casino and assists patrons participating in promotions.
• Performs and completes all other duties as assigned.
• Staffs special event registration areas.
• Ensures that promotion/event areas are stocked with necessary supplies, decorations, and secures items at conclusion of promotion/event.
• Tracks inventories and expenses for each assigned project.
• Assist with Marketing Elements to include, designs, Social Media Platforms and more.
Qualifications
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Event planning experience preferred.
• Experience working with Social Media Management a plus.
• Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Strong Attention to details.
• Ability to stand and walk for an entire shift.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
• Effective communication and organizational skills required.
• Must be able to read, write and speak English.
• Ability to negotiate effectively.
• Must possess excellent written/verbal communication, interpersonal and analytical skills.
• A working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, MS Word, MS Outlook, and Access is preferred.
• Exceptional experience working with the public and demonstrating outstanding guests relations.

• Square is seeking a self-directed and experienced B2B Field Marketing Manager to lead our newly established field marketing events portfolio.
• You will plan, manage, attend and evaluate strategic field events within the Food & Drink vertical across designated U.S. markets.
• The B2B Field Marketing Events Manager is an integral part of the Growth Marketing team who, on a daily basis, will partner with internal stakeholders such as Partnerships, Partner Marketing and Sales as well as our external agency partner to deliver bar raising experiences for our sellers.
• This role will support Square's Partner Marketing + local Sales business goals and priorities. This highly motivated and extremely organized candidate must have experience planning in-person field events, managing projects happening concurrently, possess exceptional written and verbal communication skills, and work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders.
• As a Square representative at each attended event, you will act professionally by displaying constant poise and sophistication, especially during fast-moving and/or ambiguous situations.
Responsibilities:
• Responsible for full-cycle event management and strategy including shipping logistics, attendee experience & engagement, event booth optimization, budget management, post event reporting and more for key business initiatives like partner events, trade shows and restaurant association activations.
• Establish and lead best practices for Square's F&D field marketing event approach, including event selection and prioritization, management and execution.
• Work with the Partnerships team to proactively explore other potential channel partnerships that can deliver new customers and revenue to Square.
• Build strong relationships with Channel Partners through consistent communication and onsite event professionalism.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to amplify the event, deliver an outstanding attendee experience and meet product marketing's goals and objectives.
• Apply strong project management, documentation, analytics, and reporting & analysis skills.
• Work productively within a small team environment while also rolling up your sleeves to effectively accomplish all field event management responsibilities.
Qualifications:
• 5+ years of professional marketing experience
• 3+ years' experience building, executing and scaling field marketing events from concept to completion
• Know and love the event marketing space. Has the ability to articulate emerging trends and offers thought leadership on field marketing tactics.
• Strong attention to detail, exemplary project management skills and solution-oriented. Have a proven track record of producing quality work from idea through execution that's on time and within budget.
• Have stellar communication skills and can clearly communicate your ideas in both written and oral channels and forums.
