• Develop and execute lead generation strategies across multiple channels, including email, social media, and paid advertising
• Analyze and report on campaign performance using metrics such as conversion rates, cost per acquisition, and return on investment
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and refine lead generation strategies
• Identify and prioritize target audiences, segments, and personas
• Design and execute A/B testing and experimentation to optimize campaign performance
• Maintain high-quality lead data, adhering to data governance policies and procedures
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and optimal performance
Requirements:
• 2-3 years of experience in lead generation, sales, or marketing
• Proven track record of success in developing and executing lead generation strategies
• Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience with marketing automation software, such as HubSpot or Marketo
