Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to generate new business opportunities and drive sales growth through direct, face-to-face interactions with customers in a B2B sales setting. The ideal candidate should have a strong passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. In addition to sales, this role will involve corporate tie-ups, account management, collection activities, and consulting for corporate office space.
Responsibilities:
• Conduct direct B2B sales activities on the ground to generate new leads and expand the corporate customer base.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and identity opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
• Engage with prospects through face-to-face meetings, networking events, and referrals.
• Present and demonstrate products or services to potential corporate customers and address their inquiries or concerns effectively.
• Identify and pursue corporate tie-up opportunities with other businesses to enhance sales and expand market reach.
• Provide consulting services to corporate clients for office space, offering solutions tailored to their specific needs and requirements.
• Conduct comprehensive needs assessments to understand clients' business objectives, culture, and space requirements.
• Assist corporate clients in selecting suitable office spaces, considering factors such as location, size, layout, amenities, and budget.
• Maintain regular communication with existing corporate clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and addressing any issues or concerns.
• Manage key accounts, including regular check-ins, relationship building, and identifying opportunities for account growth.
• Collaborate with the finance department to ensure timely collection of payments from corporate clients.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and opportunities in the CRM system.
• Provide regular reports and updates on sales performance, customer feedback, market insights, and consulting engagements to the sales manager
