We are seeking a driven and meticulous Back Office Coordinator to join our vibrant team. What You’ll Do:
• Master Data Management: Ensure our systems run like clockwork by managing and updating sales, inventory, and shipment data with precision.
• Coordinate Across Teams: Be the go-to person for smooth operations, working closely with sales, logistics, and finance to keep everything on track.
• Keep Us Compliant: Help us stay ahead by ensuring all processes align with company policies and industry regulations.
• Make a Difference: Support senior management in preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence that drive decision-making and business success.
What We’re Looking For:
• Education & Experience: A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field, coupled with 2-3 years of experience in a backend or administrative role.
• Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), and database management is essential.
• Detail-Oriented: You have a keen eye for detail and pride yourself on accuracy in data entry and documentation.
• Communication Pro: You can communicate effectively and professionally with colleagues and clients alike.
• Organized & Efficient: You excel at managing multiple tasks and are always ahead of deadlines.
Preferred, But Not Required:
• Industry Experience: Experience in the pharmaceutical, Healthcare or logistics sector.
• Global Coordination: Comfort in working with international clients and handling complex shipments.
• Regulatory Know-How: Familiarity with compliance in the pharmaceutical industry.
Compensation:
We offer a competitive salary ranging from ₹2,50,000 to ₹4,00,000 per annum, based on your experience and qualifications. Along with this, you will have opportunities for growth and advancement within our organization.
