Criteria:-
Assist the sales and tender teams in managing lead-related documentation and records.
Prepare and maintain sales-related documents such as proposals, quotations, and tender submissions.
Maintain updated records in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
Assist in the handover of successful tenders to the project execution planner.
Ensure accuracy and completeness of documentation before submission.
Communicate with vendors, OEMs, and clients for necessary clarifications, follow-ups, and document submissions.
Ensure proper data entry, tracking, and follow-ups on sales leads.
