Job Description:

We are looking for a Back Office Executive with strong expertise in Microsoft Excel and excellent English communication skills. The ideal candidate will have 2–3 years of relevant experience and be capable of handling administrative and support tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform data entry, processing, and management using MS Excel

Maintain and update records, reports, and internal databases

Prepare Excel-based reports, charts, and pivot tables for management review

Assist with documentation and coordination across departments

Manage email correspondence and follow-ups

Provide general administrative support as required

Key Requirements:

Experience: 2–3 years in a similar back office role

Skills:

Knowledge of MS Excel

Excellent written and spoken English

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Ability to multitask and meet deadlines

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
