Job Requirements
We are looking for a skilled Software Developer to lead our development efforts, playing a crucial role in shaping our platform and driving impactful work.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design, develop, and maintain backend services and APIs using Node.js and PostgreSQL.
• Develop and implement user-friendly interfaces using Next.js and TailwindCSS.
• Collaborate with the backend team to integrate APIs.
• Design and optimize database schemas to support business requirements.
• Address performance bottlenecks and technical challenges with innovative solutions.
• Work with cross-functional teams to ship new features.
• Have good knowledge of AWS deployment and different services of AWS.
Qualifications:
• 1-3 years of experience in software development.
• Expertise in Next JS, Node JS, PostgreSQL, and AWS.
• Strong understanding of system design and UI/UX principles.
• Demonstrated ability to lead projects and mentor junior developers.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
