About the Internship:
Fluent Health is a rapidly growing healthcare technology company dedicated to improving patient care through innovative solutions. We are currently seeking a backoffice IT support technician to provide essential technical support for our internal team.

As a backoffice IT support technician at Fluent Health, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our internal technology infrastructure. This position is ideal for a tech-savvy college student or individual seeking a part-time role to earn extra income while gaining valuable experience in the IT field. You will be responsible for providing essential IT support to our backoffice team, including setting up and maintaining hardware, managing user accounts, and troubleshooting technical issues.

Key responsibilities:

1. Hardware setup and maintenance: Set up and configure Windows and Apple notebooks, monitors, printers, and other hardware peripherals

2. User account management: Create, modify, and manage user accounts and permissions for our internal systems

3. Technical issue resolution: Investigate and resolve IT-related issues reported by backoffice staff, including hardware and software problems

4. Software installation: Assist with the installation and configuration of software applications on desktop and laptop computers

5. IT documentation: Maintain accurate records of hardware inventory, software licenses, and user access control

6. Basic network troubleshooting: Assist with basic network troubleshooting, including connectivity issues and printer problems

7. Security awareness: Promote cybersecurity best practices among backoffice staff.

8. Communication: Communicate effectively with team members and escalate issues when necessary

1. Those who are from or open to relocate to Mumbai and neighboring cities

2. Currently pursuing a degree in information technology, computer science, or a related field, or equivalent work experience

3. Basic knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems

4. Strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn

5. Trustworthy and reliable, with a strong sense of responsibility

6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team

8. Flexible schedule to accommodate part-time hours
