Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and generate new business opportunities through lead generation, cold calling, networking, and social media.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
• Understand client needs and present suitable products/services.
• Schedule meetings, demos, and follow-ups with prospects.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Collaborate with the marketing and sales team to develop effective strategies.
• Maintain CRM records of all leads and opportunities.
• Research market trends and competitor activities to identify new areas for growth.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Confidence in making outbound calls and speaking with business decision-makers.
• Self-motivated and target-driven attitude.
• Basic knowledge of CRM tools like HubSpot, Zoho, or Pipedrive is a plus
