Responsibilities and Duties
• Bidding through portals like Upwork, Freelancer, Truelancer etc.
• Lead Generation.
• Client handling.
• Proposal writing
• Getting projects from portals like Upwork, Guru, People Per hour, Freelancer, Fiverr, etc.
• Setup portfolios on other platforms and get projects through them.
• Getting projects / Making new clients for the company.
• Identifying right project and proposal writing and following up with clients
• Bringing new projects through bidding, Client communication, Proposal making/writing.
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills, Flair for business development.
• Knowledge of IT terminologies.
• Good Written & Verbal communication skills

Salary: Rs. 10,860 – ₹25,1+8 per month

Provides expert support and input to bid management issues.

Relevant hands on experience in bidding portals like Upwork, Freelancer, Guru etc.

Establish detailed schedule for proposal submission, regularly check progress of planned activities and deliverables and ensure all proposal team members meet interim and final deadlines.

Work closely with all other functional departments (Contract Management, Pricing Management, HR, Marketing) to assure an integrated approach to proposals.

Support functional teams comprised of sales, IT development/delivery, product, legal and finance to manage end-to-end Bid Management process from pre-sales, initial sales opportunity qualification through to formal RFP/RFI/proposal submission including bid team construction, roles and responsibilities, deliverables timeline and approval processes for small, medium and large deals.

Manage the creation of the bid deliverables and ensuring review and governance, leading to the creation of a high quality proposal. [ninja_form id=1]
