You’re passionate about our artists, driven to provide first class customer service to both internal and external partners, and are known for your responsiveness and going above and beyond You inspire, support, share ideas, and learn from those around you Here you’ll get to: Prepare, analyze, and distribute participation profit share and distribution statements according to contractual agreements Compile and review transactional data to support statement reporting Interpret, and summarize artist and label contracts, create related statements and financial schedules, provide contractual and financial data for deal models and analysis Apply your financial accounting skills: review profitability analysis, identify variances and trends, create commentary to explain insights from financial statements, perform reconciliations, update cash forecasts and budgets, investigate audit issues and claims Follow department financial controls and policies, communicate deficiencies and gaps to management Maintain vendor master data, input, code & co-ordinate payments Build and maintain strong working relationships across the company (up to senior executives), follow up open work items, respond to requests from internal and external partners Communicate status & advance issues as appropriate to your manager Learn WMG operational & accounting systems, develop expertise in participations accounting & operations Represent and give to the culture of the Participations group About you: BA/BS degree required, preferably in accounting or finance related fields 0-2 years of experience working in a related capacity Advanced proficiency with MS Excel, working with large data sets and complex calculations Possess strong problem solving and analytical skills with attention to detail Effective interpersonal skills, able to work cross-functionally and communicate with internal & external stakeholders Ability to manage multiple priorities, execute tasks with accuracy and deliver under pressure Ability to understand complex information quickly, breakdown and communicate to others We’d love it if you also had: Entertainment, Media, or Music Industry experience working in Participations/Royalties or similar role Financial statement preparation background Technically savvy, exposure to SAP S4 Hana, MS Teams, SharePoint About us: As the home to 10K Projects, Asylum, Atlantic Music Group, East West, FFRR, Fueled by Ramen, Nonesuch, Parlophone, Rhino, Roadrunner, Sire, Warner Records, Warner Classics, and several other of the world’s premier recording labels, Warner Music Group champions emerging artists and global superstars alike. Your Title: Inside Sales Associate

Your Location: Remote/Anywhere within the US PST/EST time zones

Your Schedule:

EST Position – Monday-Saturday: 11am-7:30pm EST (Wednesdays & Sundays off)

PST Position – Wed-Mon: 12pm-8:30pm PST and Sunday: 10:00am-6:30pm PST (Tuesdays & Fridays off)

About the Opportunity:

First Help Financial, voted and certified as a “Great Place to Work” by our workforce for three years in a row, is adding a new partner to our Sales department to accommodate our remarkable growth! You will manage the follow up process, helping Underwriting and the Inside Sales team with originations and relationship between FHF employees and dealers. In this position, you will be working precisely to develop a thorough understanding of the process after loan is approved. Additionally, you will be involved with the Funding Department, serving funders, collecting necessary documents to get the loan booked. This is a sales driven position where you are responsible for helping the team meet all monthly and quarterly origination goals.

What you will do:

Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Follow-up with dealers on all eligible applications after approval
• Negotiate with dealerships to win as many deals as possible with best possible terms for FHF (maximize FHF’s “win-rate” for approved applications)
• Assist the dealer as single point of contact for all communication with internal FHF teams
• Monitor dealer behavior to pick up red flags for dealer risk
• Support Outside Sales team with specific dealer-related initiatives to increase volume
• Support Servicing and Collections team to handle dealer complaints or other conflicts
• Manage the list of open applications to ensure timely follow-ups with dealers
• Overall, manage all aspects of dealer communication across various internal FHF stakeholders to ensure a seamless experience for dealers

What you bring:
• Demonstrated historical career stability
• BA/BS degree required and/or equivalent work experience
• 1 year of previous sales or banking experience
• Bilingual (English/Spanish)
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to multitask, self-reliant
• Proficient knowledge of Excel and Outlook
