Key Responsibilities:
• Handle international customer queries via calls, emails, and chats
• Deliver accurate, timely, and professional responses
• Resolve customer concerns and ensure satisfaction
• Maintain clear records of customer interactions
• Follow escalation protocols when necessary

• Undergraduates and Graduates from any stream
• Freshers & experienced candidates both welcome
• Excellent English communication (spoken & written) is mandatory
• Comfortable working in rotational shifts (24/7 environment)
