Role Description
• Recruitment planning: Strategizing the hiring process to meet the organization's goals and workforce
needs. This involves analyzing current and future staffing requirements.
• Identifying hiring needs: Identifying and partnering with external providers to ensure hiring needs are met.
• Driving hiring benchmarks: Driving the team to meet and exceed hiring benchmarks relating to time to fill, cost per hire, and diversity hiring.
• Managing onboarding: Ensuring new hires feel at home, integrate into the company culture, and are set up with everything they need to succeed.
• Coordinating with other departments: Ensuring efficiency and cooperation with other departments.
• Setting goals: Setting goals within the department and suggesting areas of improvement.
• Planning and implementing company policies and standards: Participating in the planning and implementation of company policies and standards.
• Collecting feedback: Collecting feedback from team members and department managers on current processes and potential issues.
• Planning, managing, and monitoring department budget: Planning, managing, and monitoring department budget.
Qualifications
• Experience: A minimum of 6-8 years of experience in relevant areas such as business development, account
• development, and client acquisition
• Leadership: Demonstrated leadership skills, with a bias toward action and a culture of ownership and learning
• Communication: Excellent communication and convincing skills, and the ability to develop relationships with all levels of management
• Problem-solving: Strong analytical, mediation, and problem resolution skills
• Presentation: Strong decision-making and presentation abilities
• Flexibility: Flexible to travel across state on average at moderate frequency if required.
