About Us: Asset Improvements and Maintenance is a small and rapidly growing property maintenance business based in the Auckland region. Our success is driven by a commitment to quality workmanship and a solution-focused culture. Currently, we have a team of four highly skilled Multi Trade Builders, and due to our expanding projects, we are seeking an additional experienced professional to join our dynamic team.

Job Description: As a Multi Trade Builder, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks throughout Auckland, working in residential properties, Schools and Retirement Villages. The role involves working on diverse projects, including but not limited to trellis installs, leak investigations, drywall patching and repairs, minor plastering and painting, cladding repairs, and minor building jobs such as decks, ramps and internal walls.

Requirements:

Minimum 10 years of experience in a Multi Trade Builder role
Own tools and appropriate trade vehicle (with roof racks and tow bar)
Clean police record
Fluent in English
Skills:

Drywall patching
Minor plastering and painting
Minor building jobs (decks, ramps, internal walls)
etc, etc
