Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Business Analyst position located in Jaipur. The Business Analyst will collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements. Key responsibilities include evaluating business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and proposing solutions. The role also involves effective communication between technical and non-technical teams to ensure alignment on project goals, as well as creating documentation and reports to support decision-making processes.

• Detail-oriented with the capability to multi-task and manage time effectively
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field
• Experience in the IT industry is preferred
