Job Description

Required Business Development Manager who can do client acquisition and maintain good
relations with the clients to divert maximum business towards our Company.

Role & Responsibilities
• Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings
• Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones
• Identify new opportunities for growth within existing clients in conjunction
• Provide input into the development of documentation for business development collateral
and support activities
• Creating goals for the Business Development Team and business growth and ensuring they
are met
• Documentation of business requirements
• Documentation of proposal, quotes, contracts, project scope and milestones
• Build contacts with potential clients to create new business opportunities
• Monitor industry developments relating to potential business opportunities
• Understand the client requirements and co-ordinate & communicate with the client &
technical team
• Coordinate with other departments to achieve customer delight
• Developing business partners in various countries

Required Skills
• Must have proven experience of selling software services in international markets.
• Experience in inbound or outbound sales
• Strong communication (verbal & written), presentation, organisational and interpersonal
skills. Must be detail oriented and an active listener
• Experience in market research, competition and feasibility analysis
• Passionate about IT industry and trends
• Good email and sales pitch writing skills
• Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive or a
relevant role
• Proven sales track record
• Knowledge of various sales channels to generate leads and convert them into business
• Knowledge of online bidding portals
• Time management and planning skills
• Strong negotiation skill
• Experience with design and implementation of business development strategy
• Proven ability for conflict resolution
