Job Description
As an SDR at Video SDK, you will be responsible for establishing and scaling the sales channel for our live video infrastructure services.
You will work closely with our sales and marketing teams to develop and execute sales strategies, identify and target potential customers, and generate high-quality leads that result in new business opportunities.
This role requires a strong understanding of sales best practices, as well as some technical background to understand our live video infrastructure technologies.
Responsibilities:
• Communicate with customers, making calls to potential customers, and following up on leads.
• Understand customers needs and identify sales opportunities.
• Answer potential customers questions and send additional information via email.
• Keep up-to-date with product and service information and updates.
• Create and maintain a database of current and potential customers.
• Explain and demonstrate features of products and services.
• Stay informed about competing products and services.
• Upsell products and services.
• Research and qualify new leads.
• Close sales and achieve sales targets.
Requirements:
• 1-3 years of experience in tech sales (Product Company).
• Computer Science-related educational background.
• Fluent communicator in English and Hindi, with strong rapport-building skills.
• Aggressive client-centric approach and a drive to exceed customer expectations.
• Full-time hustler, with the ability to build and execute sales processes.
• Tech-savvy, with proficiency in sales process efficiency tools and products.
• Great oral math skills for on-spot financial calculations.
• Tech product experience, and sales experience in a usage-based pricing model would be given priority.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Proven track record of success in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Experience in selling tech products.
• Familiarity with usage-based pricing models and their application in sales.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
• Understanding of the tech industry landscape and trends.
• Certification or training in sales techniques or related areas.
