1. Designation: Business Development Executives
No of Vacancies: N.A. (will be based on the skillset of candidates) - as many as possible
Roles and Responsibilities:
• Act as a connecting link between the company and the potential customer and customers.
• Creating brand awareness and market survey.
• Reporting your progress to your supervisor on a daily basis.
• To meet the desired monthly targets and goals as directed by your supervisor.
• Lead generation and conversion.
• Researching and developing marketing opportunities and plans, understanding consumer’s requirements, identifying market trends, suggesting system improvements to achieve the company’s marketing goals
• Promoting the company’s existing brands and introducing new products and services in the market.
• Representation of brands in all kinds of events (online or offline)
• Maintaining a professional relationship with customers by making regular visits, understanding their needs, and anticipating new marketing opportunities.
• Feedback collection and Review Collection.

Minimum Qualification: Any Graduate (including BBA, BCA, B.Sc , B.Com,Other Diploma Courses)
Skills Needed:
• Must have a two-wheeler with a valid driving license.
• Proficiency in English and Hindi.
• General knowledge of MS Office and Spreadsheets.
• Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques.
• Fast learner and passion for sales.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
• Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations.
2. Designation: Assistant Manager
No of Vacancies:Total 06 (02-Lucknow and 04-Delhi N.C.R)
Roles and Responsibilities:
• Recruiting, training, scheduling, coaching, and managing marketing and sales teams to meet objectives.
• Plan and coordinate the workforce to best use employees' talents.
• Planning and implementing new sales & marketing plans and advertising.
• Act as connecting link between the company and the customer/employee/intern/probable customer.
• Creating brand awareness and market survey.
• To meet the desired monthly targets and goals as directed by your supervisor.
• Promoting the company's existing brands and introducing new products and services in the market.
• Representation of brands in all kinds of events (online or offline).
• Corporate tie-ups & record maintenance.
• Maintaining a professional relationship with customers by making regular visits, understanding their needs, and anticipating new marketing opportunities.
• Gathering, investigating, and summarizing market data and trends to draft reports. Providing all the information and records to the company on daily basis in physical format.
• Feedback Collection & Grievance handling.

Minimum Qualification: M.B.A or Minimum 2 years of experience in relevant field of sales and marketing
