Roles and Responsibilities
Telephone Marketing
Research to prepare a database of prospects
Call on the database generated
Generate interest in prospects through regular email and phone communication, and sending branding content to generate interest
Understand the need of the client and book for a preliminary chat or paid consultation with the advisor
Interface between the client & the advisor till the meeting happens and ensure that the client is receiving timely update from our end
Telephone Marketing
Maintain and update customer database on regular basis.
Manage various email campaigns, including the template designs, calls-to-action, and content used in our email sends.
Strategic Partnerships & Alliances
Mining data to prepare a list of referral partners
Cleaning the database and ensuring all contact details are updated
Generate interest in prospects through regular email and phone communication, and sending branding content to organize meetings for presentations with the objective to generate enquiries
Prepare proposals to engage referral partners with the organization
Networking
Identify networking events to participate in
Participate in trade specific fairs
Identify PR Opportunities that the directors can participate in
Networking at all events to generate leads at the events that we are in participating in
Undertaking all activities to convert leads to enquiries – data preparation, cold calling, email follow ups
Assess the ROI of all events that we participate in
