Job Description: You will be responsible for identifying potential customers, initiating contact, and nurturing leads to ultimately generate new business opportunities. This position requires excellent communication skills, a strong sales mindset, and a proactive approach to building relationships with prospective clients.

Responsibilities:

Lead Generation: Conduct market research to identify potential clients and target industries. Utilize various sources such as online databases, industry directories, social media platforms, and networking events to identify leads.

Outbound Sales: Initiate contact with potential clients through cold calling, emails, social media outreach, and other direct communication channels. Effectively communicate the value proposition of our products and services to generate interest and qualify leads.

Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients. Engage in meaningful conversations, understand their needs, and tailor solutions to address their specific requirements. Continuously follow up to nurture leads throughout the sales cycle.

Collaborative Approach: Collaborate with internal teams such as sales, marketing, and technical departments to gather insights, support lead nurturing efforts, and ensure a seamless transition of qualified leads to the appropriate sales representatives.

Sales Reporting and Forecasting: Maintain accurate records of lead interactions and sales activities using CRM software. Generate regular reports to track performance, identify trends, and provide recommendations for optimizing lead generation and conversion strategies.

Market Intelligence: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors' activities, and market conditions to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead in a highly competitive IT landscape.

Requirements:

Education: bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred. However, relevant experience and demonstrated skills may also be considered.

Experience: 1-3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field. Experience in outbound sales, lead generation, or the IT industry would be advantageous.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to effectively articulate complex ideas and influence potential clients.

Sales Mindset: Result-oriented with a strong sales mindset. Ability to handle objections, negotiate effectively, and close deals.

Technological Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM software and proficiency in using various communication and lead generation tools and platforms
