The Lead Generation / Business Development Executive is a key role within the company responsible for driving business growth and expansion. This position involves identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and executing strategic initiatives to achieve revenue targets.
Roles:-
· Generating leads
· Cold calling
· Working in deadlines
· Achieving targets
· Email Marketing - for different geographies by E-marketing campaigns
· Explore & target new business leads & opportunities in the web development domain (North America, Europe, South Africa and Australia markets)
· Source new sales opportunities through LinkedIn, Blogs and Forums inbound lead follow-up and outbound emails. Will be responsible for generating 3-4 leads on a weekly basis, obtain leads through the internet or other list generating opportunities
· Keep track of email and daily work sheets
· Market research and testing in new and growing markets
Responsibility :-
Strategic Planning and Execution:-
· Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve revenue targets and expand the company's market presence.
· Collaborate with the management team to define short-term and long-term business objectives and align business development strategies accordingly.
· Identify and evaluate potential partnerships, collaborations, and acquisition opportunities that align with the company's growth objectives.
· Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to identify risks and opportunities, and adjust business development strategies accordingly.
Identify and Pursue Business Opportunities:-
· Research and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify potential business opportunities.
· Generate leads and proactively seek out clients through various channels, including networking events, referrals, online platforms, and industry associations.
· Conduct market research to identify potential target segments and develop strategies to penetrate those markets.
Skills:-
· Knowledge on MS Office and have basic internet knowledge with good e-mail writing etiquette
· Ability to work independently with minimal direction, while also functioning and contributing as part of a team
· Self-motivated and career-oriented individual
· Ability to work in a goal-oriented environment
· Demonstrated ability to generate leads, close deals, and achieve revenue targets.
· Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
· Skill Cold Calls and have a strong understanding of sales processes and lead-generation techniques.
Qualifications and Skills:
· Diploma or Bachelor's Degree. (MBA or equivalent is a plus).
· Fresher to 03 years of Experienced.
· 0 to 6 months in voice process.
· Comfortable with high-speed working under pressure
