Type: Full time. Remote
Work Timings: 12 PM IST - + PM IST

International Description Roles and Responsibilities- • Build and maintain relationships with potential clients and partners.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to increase revenue and market share.
• Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to potential clients.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful project delivery.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments to identify new opportunities. Desired Candidate Profile
• At least 2 years of experience as a Business Development Manager in staffing organization.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, cold calling and other means.
• Aggressive and target oriented with the ability to work in high-pressure environments, multi-tasking, and self-motivated.
• • Should be able to work in a team environment- end to end in pursuing placements/revenue targets
