Hiring for Business Development Executive
Designation: Business Development Executive (USA/ UK / Europe Territory)
Job Location: Pune_WFO
Education: Any Graduate
Experience required: 1 year – 5 years
Qualification required: Any Graduate
Functional Area / Must to have skills: Lead Generation / Sales Intelligence / US/ UK - EU Calling
Job Responsibilities:
Prospecting & qualifying the particular companies based on their products & services, profits, employee strength etc. and generating prospectus leads from the assigned territory.
The incumbent will also be involved consistently in generating quality Leads into US/ UK / EU Market by Cold Calling, gathering sales intelligence and proper follow ups to fix the appointment with the Sales team.
Supporting to marketing programs as needs such as creation & maintenance of mailing lists, invitations etc.
Ability to identify the key decision makers and develop long – term relationship.
Pulls data from online sources like LinkedIn, Hoovers, Jigsaw & prosper websites as needed.
Should have good experience in solutions sales & pre–sales marketing activities for European market.
Ability to Work in team environment & Contribute Individual efforts also.
Desired Skill Set:
Fluent Verbal and Written Communication skills in English.
Should be Flexible to work in US/ UK / EU Timings. (PICK AND DROP FACILITIES WILL NOT BE PROVIDED)
Proven track record in Cold calling, sales prospecting & appointment setting will be an added advantage.
1+ year lead research sales experience in engineering services or solutions sales.
Should have a strong sales intelligence, Multi-tasking skills, Negotiation, Analytical skills and presentation skills.
Should possess Sales aptitude, spontaneous thought process and go-getter attitude.
Proven success in accessing new clients & new markets
Should have good exposure to calling into the markets for Pre Sales / Inside Sales preferable UK / EU market.
Ability to work independently with a team peers & partners.
Basic understanding of Information Security Management system

Candidates have to work according to US/UK/EU shift timings.
Pick up & drop facility will not be provided.
