Job Summary:
We, at Resolute Solutions (https://www.resolutesolutions.in), are seeking a BDE to join our company. We are an IT Services company based in Surat, Gujarat and have been functioning for more than 10 years in providing web development and mobile application development services.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Bidding experience in Freelancing portals such as Upwork, Freelancer, Fiver, Guru, PPH, etc.…
Understand the business that we are into and develop a strategy to sell the company services in the international market
Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
Arrange business meetings with prospective clients and close the deals
Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines
Understand and reach the stated targets
Develop performance metrics on an ongoing basis to check progress and achievements against targets
Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
Required Skills:
Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive or a relevant role
Proven sales track record
Experience in customer support is a plus
Good business sense
A deep understanding of marketing principles
Good communication skills
A positive attitude
Negotiation skills
Proactive in nature
